Raynor Boreham
Chief Executive Officer | International Facilitator & Executive Coach/Speaker
Raynor is the CEO of MCA Resources Group and has been with MCA Training International since 2007, following two years of transformative missionary work in Kenya. Known for his sincerity and compassion, he has served as Director of Operations and Regional Manager for East Africa, collaborating with organizations such as Jospong Group, Ecobank, ZESCO, Masawara Group, TNM, and MSD. Raynor specializes in leadership development, life and business coaching, strategic development and implementation, team building, emotional intelligence, and psychometric assessments.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from Shaw Academy, Ireland, and has over 17 years of experience. Raynor has designed innovative training programs such as “Stress That Motivates” and “Steps to Success for Teens.” He resides in Durban, South Africa, with his wife Kelsey and their two daughters, Brooklyn and Zara.

Dave Boreham

He is renowned for his refreshing, captivating presentations and his personal guarantee: “I deliver. Or it’s on me.” Dave has given more than 5,000 presentations globally, working with heads of state and top leaders from major corporations.
A dynamic speaker and author, Dave wrote the bestsellers Up Where You Belong and Have Be Do Anything You Want. He is also a member of EMA International’s Global Facilitator Network™. Residing in Durban, South Africa, Dave is happily married to Charmaine and has three children.

Dr. Amon Kasambala

Amon is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and organizational strategist with extensive experience across academia, global development, HR, and consulting. He has served as a senior lecturer at Justo Mwale University (Zambia), visiting fellow and scholar at Princeton (USA), Edinburgh (UK), and Stellenbosch (South Africa), and as CEO of an international organization operating in 26 Sub-Saharan African countries.
Amon has led HR for a major insurance company (1,800 personnel) in Durban, South Africa, and launched a Leadership and Management Consultancy in 2014. He has collaborated with companies such as Bidvest, SA Bulk, Unlimited Group, SBS Global Solutions, UNICEF, and USAID, among others. His areas of expertise include leadership and management development, executive coaching, strategy, governance, and risk management. Amon has been married to Tiba for 29 years and has two sons, Eddie and Victor.

Patrick Abah-Dakou
Coach and Country Head: Ghana and Togo
Patrick is an international coach and bilingual training facilitator, passionately focused on human capital development. He has trained middle managers and senior corporate executives in over 17 African countries, specializing in high-performance leadership, team engagement, emotional intelligence, mentoring, and coaching. Formerly in banking for nearly 13 years, Patrick excelled in operations, trade finance, and customer service before dedicating himself fully to training and coaching.
He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Impact) from the University of Milan and an MBA in Finance from Central University, Ghana. Patrick is a Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from Erickson Coaching International, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the ICF. Married to Freda, they have a daughter.

Freda Evelyn Abah-Dakou

Freda believes in achieving goals through tenacity and diligence, leveraging one’s strengths and abilities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (MBA, HRM), a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, and a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Marketing (CIM-UK). A trained counselor with close to ten years of professional experience, Freda has worked as a marketer and as a research data analyst for the African Economic Research Consortium on a UN World Food Programme project.
Gifted with strong analytical skills, she enjoys reading and spending time with family. Freda is married to Patrick, and they have a daughter.

Prisca Nyamupachitu
Coach and Country Head: Zimbabwe
Prisca holds an MBA; BSc Sociology Honors Degree; Certificate in Education (Teaching Diploma); Management Development Program Certificate; IPMZ Training Management Diploma; IPMZ Higher Diploma Courses, Supervisory Development Program certificate by Success Motivation Institute (SMI) and several in-house training certificates. She is a trained HR Internal Auditor and a Member of the Standards Association Zimbabwe (SAZ) HR Technical Committee.
In her working career, Prisca received several awards which included being the 1stFemale Chartered Human Resources Practitioner in Zimbabwe; Megafest Award for the Outstanding Leader in Human Capital Development; IPMZ Best Female HR Practitioner of the year, and Gold Winner for Outstanding HR in Banking by the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network Forum. Apart from these recognitions, Prisca is a renowned Speaker and Conference Facilitator. She also sits on 3 Boards, one of which she chairs.

Dr. Terence Muchengwa, PhD

Jean Rene Ngando Moukala

Jean Rene is a seasoned banker with over 35 years of experience in senior and executive roles across Africa. His expertise spans bank management, credit and risk management, operations, business development, structured trade finance, governance, and compliance. Fluent in both French and English, he is a strong communicator with exceptional problem-solving skills.
He holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Sciences and Technology Lille (France), an MBA from ESG UQAM (Canada), and is a graduate of the Institut Français d’Ingénierie (CNAM, Paris). Certified as a life coach by Mindvalley University and in Governance, Risk, and Compliance from OCEG, Jean Rene is committed to helping managers improve performance, develop talents, and strengthen leadership.

Amma Ansah
International Facilitator, Coach & Speaker
Amma is a Human Resource Professional with over two decades of experience in Ghana’s financial sector. Renowned for building trust and managing relationships, she has led teams to transform both multinational and domestic businesses. Amma served as General Manager of Human Resources for Enterprise Group, where she developed human capital strategies to drive growth.
She previously held senior HR roles at Standard Chartered Bank, acting as Head of HR and serving as a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach. Additionally, she worked with the Agricultural Development Bank on performance management initiatives and gained international experience with the International Labour Organisation in Geneva. Amma holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics, a certificate in European Human Resources from Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana. Married with four children (including twin girls), she loves cooking, reading, and mentoring young people.
