Raynor is the CEO of MCA Resources Group and has been with MCA Training International since 2007, following two years of meaningful missionary work in Kenya. Known for his sincerity and compassion, he has served as Director of Operations and Regional Manager for East Africa, working with organizations such as Jospong Group, Ecobank, ZESCO, Masawara Group, TNM, and MSD.

He specializes in leadership development, life and business coaching, strategic development and implementation, team building, emotional intelligence, and psychometric assessments. Raynor holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from Shaw Academy, Ireland, and brings over 17 years of experience to his work.

He has designed impactful training programs such as Stress That Motivates and Steps to Success for Teens, and is especially passionate about supporting individuals—particularly at early to mid-management levels—to gain clarity, define purposeful goals, and grow in both life and leadership. Raynor lives in Durban, South Africa, with his wife Kelsey and their two daughters, Brooklyn and Zara.

Beginning his career as a teacher, Stefan transitioned into adult learning, executive coaching, and corporate leadership programs, where he has consistently helped individuals and organisations unlock their full potential.

Stefan’s career includes more than a decade in the financial services sector, where he notably managed the financial adviser learning track at Old Mutual. Since then, he has partnered with leading organisations such as Nedbank, First National Bank, Stanbic, Mediclinic, Santam, Verso, Lancet Laboratories, Eskom, Principa Solutions, Ogilvy, and AddPay. His coaching style blends empathy, structure, and strategic insight, empowering leaders and teams to navigate change, build resilience, and deliver sustainable performance.

As an author, Stefan has shared his personal and professional insights through The Break of Dawn (Afrikaans: Lig deur die Krake), offering practical tools for personal growth, and through his self-guided program Become the Person You Want to Be. Formerly in banking for nearly 13 years, Patrick excelled in operations, trade finance, and customer service before dedicating himself fully to training and coaching.

He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Impact) from the University of Milan and an MBA in Finance from Central University, Ghana. Patrick is a Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from Erickson Coaching International, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the ICF. Freda believes in achieving goals through tenacity and diligence, leveraging one’s strengths and abilities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (MBA, HRM), a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, and a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Marketing (CIM-UK). A trained counselor with close to ten years of professional experience, Freda has worked as a marketer and as a research data analyst for the African Economic Research Consortium on a UN World Food Programme project.

Gifted with strong analytical skills, she enjoys reading and spending time with family. Freda is married to Patrick, and they have a daughter.

Prisca holds an MBA; BSc Sociology Honors Degree; Certificate in Education (Teaching Diploma); Management Development Program Certificate; IPMZ Training Management Diploma; IPMZ Higher Diploma Courses, Supervisory Development Program certificate by Success Motivation Institute (SMI) and several in-house training certificates. She is a trained HR Internal Auditor and a Member of the Standards Association Zimbabwe (SAZ) HR Technical Committee.

In her working career, Prisca received several awards which included being the 1stFemale Chartered Human Resources Practitioner in Zimbabwe; Megafest Award for the Outstanding Leader in Human Capital Development; IPMZ Best Female HR Practitioner of the year, and Gold Winner for Outstanding HR in Banking by the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network Forum. Apart from these recognitions, Prisca is a renowned Speaker and Conference Facilitator. She also sits on 3 Boards, one of which she chairs.

Jane Ntunde is a seasoned HR Strategist, Behavioral Analyst, and Certified Wellbeing Coach with over a decade of experience in Human Resource Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and Institutional Development. Originally from Tanzania and currently based in Rwanda, Jane serves clients across Uganda, Kenya, and the wider East African region.

Amma served as General Manager of Human Resources for Enterprise Group, where she developed human capital strategies to drive growth.

She previously held senior HR roles at Standard Chartered Bank, acting as Head of HR and serving as a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach. Additionally, she worked with the Agricultural Development Bank on performance management initiatives and gained international experience with the International Labour Organisation in Geneva. Amma holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics, a certificate in European Human Resources from Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana. Married with four children (including twin girls), she loves cooking, reading, and mentoring young people.
