A Chartered Human Resources Practitioner with 30 years’ experience in human resources management, in the Education, ICT, Manufacturing and Financial / banking sectors. Of the 30 years, 20 years have been at Executive level, which involves dealing with the Board.
Prisca was Head HR for Ecobank Zimbabwe and SADC Region. Responsibilities at that level included coordinating the regional HR strategic agenda and interventions by ensuring their successful implementation; organizational development, HR Policies review; Staff Training and Development, Bench strength analysis; Talent Management, Performance management, Succession planning and improving Employee experience.
Prisca holds a Masters in Business Administration; B.SC. Sociology Honors Degree; Certificate in Education (Teaching Diploma); Management Development Programme Certificate; IPMZ Training Management Diploma; IPMZ Higher Diploma Courses, Supervisory Development Programme certificate by Success Motivation Institute (SMI) and several in-house training certificates. She is a trained HR Internal Auditor by SABPP in conjunction with IPMZ and a Member of the Standards Association Zimbabwe (SAZ) HR Technical Committee.
Prisca received several awards in her career. These include Chartered Human Resources Practitioner Status by Institute of People Management Zimbabwe (IPMZ); Megafest Award for the Outstanding Leader in Human Capital Development in Zimbabwe; IPMZ Best Female HR Practitioner of the year, and Gold Winner for Outstanding HR in Banking by the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network Forum. Apart from these recognitions, Prisca is a renowned Presenter / Speaker and has presented on several topics at IPMZ Conventions / Conferences and Symposiums, and the Employers Confederation of Zimbabwe Conferences.
Currently Prisca is the Managing Consultant for Futures Human Capital Consultancy, providing HR consultancy services in Zimbabwe. Outside professional life, Prisca is a Philanthropist who strongly believes in charity work as a way of giving back to the community. She therefore founded a charitable organization, Jonpris Foundation, which assists disadvantaged Widows and Vulnerable Youths in Zimbabwe. Prisca is married and the couple has 2 children and 2 Grandchildren.
