Masautso is a renowned Human Resource Practitioner in Zambia with 42 years’ experience in the field. He is a product of the University of Zambia and Strathclyde University in Scotl and where he studied Public Administration and Human resource Management respectively.
He worked for Zambia Electricity Supply Corporation for almost 10 years’ and 14 years with Zambia National Commercial Bank, Zambia’s biggest commercial Bank.
In 2001 he founded Beatmas Human Resource Consultants Ltd where he has been the Managing Partner for 18 years. During the same year, he partnered with MCA Training International where he is the Country Partner for Zambia.
Masautso has over time served as an independent Board of Directors for many institutions semi- Government, Private and international companies. Furthermore, he is an Arbitrator,
During his working life, Masautso has received accolades for meritorious performance from the ZANACO Bank Board of Directors, Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management, The University of Zambia Political and Administration Students’ Association where he was the Patron for 5 years’, Zambia International Trade Fair Board where Zambia’s First President h anded him a Certificate for having served with honour and c andor as the Chief Executive Officer of the Organization when he was seconded by ZANACO Bank. Additionally, the Rotary District Governor for District 9120 which covers Malawi, Zimbabwe, Parts of Mozambique and Zambia also recognised his outst anding performance in promoting the ideal of Rotary.
Masautso is married with four children all above the age of 32 years.
