With a professional career spanning over 19 years before he fully joined MCA Training International, MacDuff previously worked in various senior leadership positions in West Africa, the United Kingdom and Malawi. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Development Management from The Open University, UK and Bachelor of Social Science Degree from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College.
He is the South-East Africa Regional Manager at MCA Training International and resides in Lilongwe, Malawi, with his wife and their three children.
